“Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns.” (Revelation 19:6)

In the desert, a barefoot man brings his foot down upon the snake. In the descent the snake jumps up in desperation and bites the man’s heal, but the foot continues downward crushing the serpent’s head. No more will that old serpent deceive the nations. Death is destroyed. Captives are free. Joy to the nations when Jesus is king. (Genesis 3:15, Hebrews 2:14, Revelation 20:2)
